This article is mainly about the recipe of microwave French toast mug breakfast.
For this delicious microwave oven microwavable ceramic soup mug, I used some leftover French bread, the rest of the roast chicken, a small amount of spinach and a little chopped cheese. It's simple, but very satisfying! It literally brings breakfast into another level.
I think what I like most about this recipe is that you can use any meat, vegetables or cheese you have. I use roast chicken, but you can use any cooked meat in its place (or put the meat together).
For vegetables, you can use Frozen Broccoli (finely chopped), frozen spinach, mushrooms, scallions, diced green peppers, and even some grape tomatoes.
I happen to have cheddar cheese on my hand, which produces a good color contrast, but you can make something like goat cheese, chopped Bama cheese, smoked up to or Jack pepper.
There are many choices. If you want to think about the restaurant's flavor theme with omelets, you can use this delicious microwave oven ceramic lined stainless steel travel mug (think of the Mediterranean, Southwest, Denver, gardens, etc.) to do the same theme.
I decided not to price this recipe because I used so few ingredients and they were all scraps, so it was almost impossible to get a general price estimate. But I think the idea of reusing leftovers for a new meal is very important and can be used independently.
1 cup bread
1/4 cup pre-cooked minced meat
1/4 cup chopped vegetables
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons milk
little salt and pepper
1.Tear several pieces of stale bread into 1/2 inch pieces, or about a cup of pieces. Cut up about 1/4 cups of meat (I use roast chicken) and 1/4 cups of vegetables (I used spinach). Chop about 1/4 cups of cheese (I use cheddar cheese).
If you are not sure how much bread to use, please put the bread into your cup. When loosely placed in cups, they should be almost up to the top (don't pack them properly, other ingredients need space).
2.Put the bread aside and put 1 tablespoon butter at the bottom of the cup. Microwave butter for about 20 seconds or until it melts. Mix 3 tablespoons milk, 1 large egg and a little salt and pepper.
3.Mix the dry ingredients into a mixture of milk and eggs, starting with meat, vegetables and cheese. Finally break the fragments so that when they soften from the liquid they do not begin to split. Let the mixture stand for about a minute to absorb the liquid adequately.
3.The cup microwave oven is heated for about 90 seconds, or until the center solid and the sides begin to pull apart from the cup. Each microwave oven is a little different, so you may need to test time.
4.This is it! In just five minutes, you can enjoy a fully delicious Savory microwave ovenpersonalized ceramic travel mug to reduce your food waste.
